Things to consider when booking accommodation in Esperance

You’ve decided you’re coming to Esperance for your next holiday. How exciting! Blue water, white sand, sunbathing kangaroos… It doesn’t get much better than that. But where are you going to stay? There are several factors to keep in mind when booking Esperance accommodation, so to make sure you choose the right place, we’ve broken it down for you.

Location

Would you prefer to stay right in the middle of town and be walking distance to pubs, restaurants and cafes? Or are you after somewhere a little more remote, with no passing traffic? Ocean views or bush setting? Budget or boutique? These are all questions to ask yourself when deciding on where you want to stay in Esperance. A car is highly recommended to get around Esperance and if you have a car, the location of your Esperance accommodation matters slightly less. Esperance Chalet Village – a serene accommodation near Esperance, for example, is not in the centre of town, however jump in the car and you’ll be there in five minutes. Better yet, borrow a complimentary bike and ride along the coast into town. It’ll only take you a few minutes longer than it would by car!

Most rooms have a kitchen, great if you don’t feel like dining out, and every guest is welcome to use the complimentary bikes, kayaks and fire pits. There is no restaurant onsite, but with several tantalising choices in Esperance,  you won’t need one. 

Breakfast

Always check to see if breakfast is included with your Esperance accommodation. Esperance Chalet Village does not offer a daily breakfast, but is happy to arrange a breakfast hamper, filled with local produce, upon arrival. Cook up a brekky BBQ on your front porch, or treat yourself to a bowl of handmade granola in bed. There are also several breakfast options in town.

Pets

If you’re travelling with pets, make sure your Esperance accommodation allows them onsite. Unfortunately, Esperance Chalet Village doesn’t allow pets onsite.

Amenities

There are other amenities to keep in mind when booking Esperance accommodation holiday house. If you’re travelling in summer, you’ll want to ask your accommodation provider if your room has air conditioning or a fan. In winter, you’ll want to know if it has a heater. Also think about things like wifi, parking, and nearby stores. Esperance Chalet Village has either air conditioning or a fan in every room, plus a heater in every room to keep you warm in winter. Wifi and parking are free, and a small shopping complex with an IGA, bottle shop and pharmacy are just down the road.
